We’re seeking a proactive Sales & Admin Specialist to support sales, warehouse, and office operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires adaptability, handling a variety of responsibilities as priorities and business needs change. Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5pm (40hrs/week)
Flexible hours may be required occasionally within our 6am–6pm business hours. Overtime provided as needed.

One for each office: Albatross & Buffalo

Compensation

$19-$20 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Professionally greet/assist clients, build relationships, and drive new business.

  • Manage client communication and follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person, promptly addressing questions and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales & Order Support

  • Schedule and stage customer orders for delivery and prepare orders for pickup.

  • Oversee the full order process: manage client quotes and orders, verify product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules, coordinate invoicing, payments, and shipping, and keep customers and internal teams updated.

  • Support customers with rebate applications, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

  • Accurately document customer interactions to ensure service quality & easy future reference.

Office Admin

  • Handle general admin tasks, including data entry, filing, record keeping, and researching products, pricing, and market trends.

  • Maintain a clean, professional workspace, restock supplies, assist with opening/closing as needed, and support general office maintenance.

  • Provide occasional marketing support, including ideas for social media and other initiatives.

Warehouse Support

  • Assist warehouse operations by managing inventory, restocking, keeping the workspace safe and organized, and supporting general maintenance and cleaning.

  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups, driving large trucks or vans as needed.

Required Qualifications

Credentials

  • Valid CA driver’s license, clean record, 21+

  • Proof of U.S. work eligibility.

  • High school or GED equivalent.

Language Proficiency

  • Must be Fluent in English

  • Fluency in Korean or Spanish required; basic skills considered.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of at least one: appliances, HVAC, tankless water heaters, energy storage systems, electrical goods, or lighting.

  • 2+ years: sales, retail, wholesale, warehouse, or customer service.

  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, MS Office, QuickBooks, etc.

  • Strong customer service, proactive, and solution-driven.

  • Reliable, self-driven, adaptable professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Frequent walking, hands-on tasks, regularly lift materials 50+ lbs.

  • Operate & drive large vans/trucks for local deliveries as needed.

Probationary Period & Paid Sick Leave

Probationary Period & Paid Sick Leave: This role includes a 90-day probationary period to evaluate performance, reliability, and team fit. Sick leave begins accruing from Day 1 but becomes available for use after the 90-day period. Unused sick leave does not carry over annually.

Performance Review: Employee performance will be formally evaluated at the end of the 90-day probationary period and regularly thereafter to support growth and development.
